Polaris is the category leader in off-road vehicles, holding the #1 market share. However, despite significant year over year improvements to quality, some folks still aren’t aware of the changes. Our goal with the 'Tough Doesn’t Quit' campaign was to spread the word about how much better Polaris has become and to boost its reputation. Interestingly, 70% of off-road vehicle owners already see Polaris as the best when it comes to quality, while only 5% think it’s the worst, giving us a great opportunity to highlight our strengths. We aimed to not only inform people but also to rebuild trust and loyalty, showing everyone that Polaris is the go-to brand for quality in the off-road vehicle world.
Since this is the first non-product launch campaign Polaris has run in years, it’s a great opportunity to pull together the best clips from different shoots and create a bigger story. This narrative highlights how quality has always been part of Polaris’s DNA, even if the brand never fully embraced it.
